Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Gorgeous hotel overall, is has good service and unbeatable location on a slope. All the stuff members are well-trained and helpful. The rooms are a nice size here with mountain views and a great view and space for tatami. This venue offers savoury breakfasts with eggs preparation on demand, western dishes and also omelet.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

Free bus from station, short walk to stunning Shirahama beach. Comfy rooms. Great location with superb ocean view. Magnificent onsen with rooftop bath. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurants nearby. Will recommend and return in the future.

Lovely Ocean View and Amazing Onsen Experience

We had an incredible stay at a hotel with a beautiful ocean view, a spacious room, and a private onsen. The staff was attentive and made sure we had a memorable experience. The onsen was clean and provided a relaxing soak with a stunning view. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing amenities and superb service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, providing me with utmost comfort. The staff was friendly and professional, making my experience even better. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and gym, which were free to use. The location was perfect, as it was only a short walk to the main attractions such as the Sandanbeki Cave and Senjojiki Rock Plateau. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious buffet breakfast that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Huge and fabulous room, it had a safe box, multi-channel TV and a fridge. The location was great and the atmosphere was family. There was a great restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel😃

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and clean. the highlight, however, was the private onsen in our room. the soothing sound of the water running all night helped us relax and sleep soundly. the view of the beach from our room was stunning, and we enjoyed having the option to ask the reception to turn off the water at night. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a private onsen with beautiful beach views.

My recent stay at the Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The view from the room overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean was breathtaking. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Japan, with a wide variety of delicious dishes prepared to high standards. The onsen on the top floor provided a serene and relaxing experience, with a 270-degree view of the area. The hotel's attentive and responsible staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I treated myself to a facial and my skin has never looked better. The spa facilities themselves were also top-notch. I highly recommend renting one of the private onsen family baths; the view at sunset is truly breathtaking. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing detailed descriptions of the hotel's facilities. Plus, there was even a Chinese-speaking staff member available. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and location near scenic spots and a beautiful white beach.

Celebrating New Year’s at this hotel was amazing. The staff surprised us with complementary champagne and traditional Japanese sweets on New Year’s Eve. The location is perfect, right by the ocean with breathtaking views of the sea. We loved the rooftop hot springs, which were not too hot and had an incredible view. In addition, the room was large and very comfortable.

The downside of our stay was the lack of customer service skills of some staff members. A few staff members seemed to lack knowledge of the area and could not provide information on nearby restaurants.
